Our Follow-up Procedures

CBPCA will follow-up with a random sample of Home Performance Upgrade customers to ensure that CBPCA Home Performance contractors consistently provide high quality upgrades. After your work is completed, your Home Performance contractor or a CBPCA staff member may contact you to schedule a free follow-up visit to inspect the work. You may also be contacted to complete a short CBPCA Customer Survey. We encourage homeowners that have undergone a Home Performance job to participate in the CBPCA verification process. A trained CBPCA verifier will come to your home to assess the work already completed at your home. If any of the contracted work was not completed to our standards, we will ask the contractor to fix the problem for you.
